New Delhi: The BCCI on Wednesday shifted the he U-23 India-Bangladesh one-day sequence from Raipur to Lucknow owing to inclement climate situations on the unique venue.
The five-match sequence, resulting from begin on 19 September, will now be held at Ekana Worldwide Cricket Stadium in Lucknow. The stadium is the brand new cricket floor in India within the state of Uttar Pradesh. It could possibly accommodate 50,000 followers at one time. It has hosted just one T20I – India vs West Indies – thus far within the 12 months 2018 when it was inaugurated.
“The sequence was initially scheduled to happen in Raipur, however incessant rain has led to a change within the venue,” the BCCI stated in an announcement.
