On Thursday, the “Jurrasic World” star took to Instagram to share that she had graduated from New York College (NYU).

“I’m so overcome with pleasure to share that I’ve formally graduated from NYU!! 💜” Howard, 39, wrote.

She continued: “I first enrolled in undergrad in ’99, then took a go away of absence to begin working as an actor, so this has been 21 years within the making!”

“It’s been an extended dream of mine to finish my formal schooling and although all of us NYU grads couldn’t put on superb purple robes collectively as we speak, I wish to say thanks to everybody who supported and inspired all of us graduates each step of the best way,” the actress added.

Howard concluded her caption with a particular message for the college’s graduating class.
