Movie editor and composer John Ottman, who received an Oscar for “Bohemian Rhapsody” in 2019, hosted members of the movie, tv and music communities on the “Aiding Australia” charity dinner and live performance held at his West Hollywood residence on Sunday night (Feb. 23). The profit raised funds to assist in the restoration of fire-ravaged Australia, the flames of which have affected the nation’s wildlife and habitats.

In attendance had been actors Jeremy Renner (pictured above), Michael Keaton (pictured beneath), JK Simmons, actor and occasion sponsor Michael Rosenbaum (“Within You with Michael Rosenbaum”), in addition to illustrator Drew Struzan (“Star Wars,” “Again to the Future”) and Males At Work frontman Colin Hay.

Visitors had been handled to an intimate efficiency by Hay, throughout which he sang acoustic renditions of such classics as “Down Below,” “Who Can it Be Now” and “Overkill.” Males At Work are amongst Australia’s finest recognized teams and Hay carried out alongside his spouse, artist Cecilia Noël, Cuban artist San Miguel Pérez and artist/producer Marciel Miranda.
